Our investor friendly "Alternative A Investor ONLY" lender often goes months without changing rates. The rates posted below are current rates, but they are subject to change at any moment. Once you start working with one of our Lender support personnel they will lock in your rate, calculate your monthly payment, calculate your DSCR ratio and review available programs. The higher your credit score the less perceived risk by the lender and thus the lower your interest rate. The same can be said for the lower LTV (Loan to Value).
